KUALI RESEARCH UPCOMING MAINTENANCE OUTAGE

Kuali Research will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, December 14th. The scheduled maintenance window is from 8:00am to 10:00pm. A maintenance message will be displayed while the updates are being worked on and once complete, the message will be removed, and the system will be available for use - even if within the scheduled maintenance window.

CHANGES FOR NIH FORMS I AVAILABLE IN KR

Over the weekend, Kuali Research will implement changes for NIH Forms I, which will be required for NIH applications with due dates on or after January 25, 2025. Information on what is changing with form set I can be found on NIH’s website.

One significant change to note is a new form version for the PHS Assignment Request Form, which is moving to PHS_AssignmentRequestForm_4_0-V4.0. Applications that have transitioned to Forms I will need to attach the updated form version in the User Attached Forms tab.

Additional information about changes with NIH Forms I, including updated resources and checklists, will be sent on the SPA listserv in January 2025.
