Award Separation & Key Personnel Changes

Overview:

Guidance for faculty members, including retirees, who are leaving the university and are involved in sponsored program activities: The following resources serve as general guidance and may not be inclusive of all awarding agency requirements and/or unique project circumstances. However, they will assist in identifying the actions necessary for proper agency prior approval requirements. This could result in a change of Principal Investigator (PI) or Key Personnel, or a transfer and/or closeout of sponsored program accounts. The appropriate Checklist found below should be completed by the PI/Department and submitted to CGA's Awards Group at awards@cga.msu.edu.
